Elmwood Place Mayor's Court is held of each month @ 5:30pm. Enter in the rear of the Building for the Court Room.
Court Rules
If you are found Guilty, you must be prepared to pay the Court cost of $55.00 and half of the fines before leaving court. If you don't have the money, please let the Magistrate know before going forward with the case. State of Pays can be made for the remainder of the fines but has to be paid within two weeks. If you know that you will not be able to pay tonight and this is your first time in court for that offense, ask for a continuance to the next court date.
