Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown, west of I-75 in the Millcreek Valley. It is surrounded by the city of Cincinnati neighborhoods of Winton Place (west), Carthage (north), and Bond Hill (east), and the City of St. Bernard in the south.The Elmwood Place Police Department was established in 1890.
